Corry's Guest House has a private driveway plus a spacious, shaded side yard to accommodate the comfortable two bedroom, 1000 square feet guest lodging. Behind it is a 3 1/2 acre lighted, private park which includes a shaded picnic area, swings, a "Texas style" cooker, fire pit, and picnic tables (cooking and firewood is free). An attractive wooden bridge crosses a small creek and leads to our sheltered cove. The cove funnels into Lake Fork and bass fishing unparalleled in the State of Texas. Arguably, unparalleled in the United States.

From our boathouse dock, the fishing can be great. Many catfish 10 to 20 pounds have been caught. Several nice bass up to 8 pounds and crappie up to 2 pounds have been landed there. Panfish abound in the cove during the summer months. Great crappie fishing seasonally awaits anglers just outside the cove under the 515 bridge. Professional bass and crappie guides are available.

What else can we tell you about Corry's Guest House? Tall oaks and hickories shade most of the grounds. Humming birds buzz our feeders from spring till fall. Woodpeckers, cardinals, blue birds, finches, doves, squirrels, and raccoons regularly accept the hospitality of our backyard treats. Occasionally we see deer in the woods, and there are beaver in the cove. My heart always beats faster when I experience a bald eagle gracing our sky.

Standard Rates (March 1st through November 15th, annually)

• $115 per night for 2 adults
• $135 per night for 3 adults
• $150 per night for 4 adults
• $165 per night for 5 adults
• $180 per night for 6 adults
• $200 per night for 7 or 8 adults
• Rates are discounted 10% for stays of 7 consecutive days or longer.

Off Season Rates (November 16th through February 28th, annually)

• $100 per night for up to 4 occupants (no age exceptions or discounts)
• $500 per week for up to 4 occupants
• $1750 per month for up to 4 occupants
• Maid service is not included, but will be provided for an additional $40 per trip at occupants' request

Major Tournament Rates (McDonald Tournament, Skeeter Tournament)

• $200 per night for 2 or less fishermen
• $50 per night for each additional fisherman
• Three (3) night minimum stay

Please Note the Following:

• At least a $100.00 deposit is required at time of booking, due in our office within 7 calendar days.
• If periodic payment are preferred rather than a lump sum payment at time of arrival, please contact Shirley to set up an interest free payment schedule.
• Deposits for cancellations made at least 30 days in advance of the arrival date will be refunded in full less a $15.00 administrative charge.
• Cancellations made inside the 30 day window will be refunded only to the extent that those days are rebooked.
• Children under age 12 stay free.
• Minimum 2 night booking.
• Our guest house is smoke free, although you are welcome to smoke outside on the patio.
• Pets are considered and possibly allowed on an individual basis. Contact Shirley to discuss bringing your pets.
