Corry's Cabin is located in an excellent area of Lake Fork on County Road 1919 near the intersection of Highway 515 in Wood County. Within two miles there are several restaurants; fishing supplies stores, and service stations. The public boat ramp at the Intersection of Hwy 17 and Hwy 515 is one mile from the cabin. The best trolling motor repair shop in Texas is on the same block, and a marina, marine repair, and boat rentals are all within about a mile of the cabin. Sulphur Springs and Mineola are 17 miles away, Quitman is 12 miles, and Emory is only 9 miles. The world famous Canton First Monday Trade Days is only 30 miles away.

Corry's Cabin is brand new, built in the summer of 2003. It has air conditioning and heating, satellite TV, a full kitchen and two bedrooms. As the photos illustrate, there is a nice old-fashioned wooden porch and outdoor amenities include a very nice picnic table, a charcoal grill, and a lovely, shaded swing. Motion lights welcome you when you arrive after dark.

To many fishermen, the greatest amenities of Corry's Cabin is the covered boat parking next to the cabin, and the general close proximity to great fishing on Lake Fork.

For your comfort and privacy, the master bedroom has a queen-size bed, the 2nd bedroom has two bunk beds, and the couch in the living room is a queen-size sleeper sofa.

Standard Rates (March 1st through November 15th, annually)

• $85 per night for 2 adults
• $105 per night for 3 adults
• Rates are discounted 10% for stays of 7 consecutive days or longer.

Off Season Rates (November 16th through February 28th, annually)

• $75 per night for up to 4 occupants (no age exceptions or discounts)
• $400 per week for up to 4 occupants
• $1200 per month for up to 4 occupants
• Maid service is not included, but will be provided for an additional $40 per trip at occupants' request

Major Tournament Rates (McDonald Tournament, Skeeter Tournament)

• $120 per night for 2 or less fishermen
• $40 per night for each additional fisherman
• Three (3) night minimum stay

Please Note the Following:

• At least a $100.00 deposit is required at time of booking, due in our office within 7 calendar days.
• If periodic payment are preferred rather than a lump sum payment at time of arrival, please contact Shirley to set up an interest free payment schedule.
• Deposits for cancellations made at least 30 days in advance of the arrival date will be refunded in full less a $15.00 administrative charge.
• Cancellations made inside the 30 day window will be refunded only to the extent that those days are rebooked.
• Children under age 12 stay free.
• Minimum 2 night booking.
• We can comfortably accommodate no more than 3 adults.
• Our guest house is smoke free, although you are welcome to smoke outside on the patio.
• Pets are considered and possibly allowed on an individual basis. Contact Shirley to discuss bringing your pets.
